The Number One Reason Why You Shouldn’t Be Making Your Own Homemade Hummus

There is no reason.  Definitely make your own hummus.  This is how I make mine.

lemon
Zest of half a lemon – but not the grody white part. Only yellow zest pls&tnx.
juice
Lemon juice – I only ever really use 2 teaspoons but use more if you like.
gar
A clove of garlic, chopped hella fine.
poil
Two-ish tablespoons of olive oil.
pb
A tablespoon of peanut butter.
mi
Throw it all into a bowl.

Throw some coriander in for good measure. Fresh is best.

Mash it all up and drizzle some olive oil on top for added sex appeal. Chow down with some freshly sliced crudités.
